About the Law Office of Andrew Hoffman

Licensed in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, Andrew’s memberships and qualifications include the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, Special Needs Advocacy Network, and CPCS certification by the Children and Family Law and Youth Advocacy Divisions.

In addition to his professional activities, Andrew has served, and continues to serve, the community in a variety of roles, including Co-Chair of the Boston Children’s Museum Board of Overseers, the Board of Directors for the West End House Boys & Girls Club, Princeton Association of New England (past president), Our Space Our Place Board of Directors, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay.

Andrew Hoffman has been practicing law for more than 20 years, fighting for the rights of children, parents, and families. Before opening his own practice, he was the Managing Attorney of the Boston office of the Children and Family Law Division at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, where he led a large team of trial attorneys in child abuse and neglect cases in the Juvenile and Probate Courts. In this role he developed his expertise in a wide scope of family law, special education and school law, and juvenile matters. He began his career in civil legal services programs, practicing in a variety of fields.
